Kim Saunders

Kim Saunders has two great passions: family and music. After graduating with a BA in Linguistics at UC Santa Cruz, Kim completed a year of Master’s work in Music while teaching Music Theory there. She then began performing for many years as a singer and guitarist in clubs and concert venues throughout her native California. Kim turned her musical attention to children’s music classes when her two boys were babies. She is now intensely involved in music at their former elementary school, Wilbur Avenue in Tarzana, California, where she gives weekly music sessions in each classroom, as well as being musical director for Picadilly’s productions at Wilbur since their inception. Kim shares Nina and Paula’s love of bringing the musical theater experience to children, as well as developing their self-esteem and artistic gifts.

Adele Sparks

Adele grew up in the halls of San Jose Musical Theater having performed in over 25 musical theater productions throughout her youth. She continued her education at San Jose State University and California State University Northridge, as well as with various Los Angeles acting studios which led to performing professionally on cruise ships, live stage, film and television. For the last 5 years, Adele has been working with the Picadilly team as the Jr's Director for Wilbur Avenue's Play Production program. In addition, Adele runs her business, Sparks Media Services, providing archival research, rights clearance and producer services to film and television companies. It has been her honor and joy working with Picadilly and all the amazing children she has watched grow and blossom in these programs.

Christine Krench

Christine Krench graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre as well as Film-Television. Originally from Michigan, Christine began her career as a dancer, teaching and working outside of Detroit. While still in high school, she left home to study acting at Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts, located outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She has studied and performed at various institutions such as Interlochen Arts Center, Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, The American College Dance Festival and the National Voice Intensive at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Christine continues to work as an actress in various plays, television shows, and films done in Los Angeles and is an active member of the Screen Actors Guild.

Shana Trevor

Shana Trevor began dancing and acting at the age of 4 at the Encino Community Center, where she performed in over 7 shows. She remained active in dancing and performing as a member of the drill team at Portola Middle School. In high school she was one of 2 freshmen to make it into Concert Dancers, the high school's performing dance class. Shana's first experience with musical theater was as a junior, performing in Pirates of Penzance and the following year she performed in 42nd St. She has been working with kids since the age of 12 in a variety of capacities such as a counselor at Camp Kinneret and as a soccer coach at Balboa Park. On her return from living in Hawaii, in 2002, she went right to work helping with Wilbur Avenue's Play Production and has been a part of it ever since, just completing her 7th show. Shana has also taken over as Director at Calabash Elementary's Play Production. Her education includes a B.A. and a Master's in Psychology from CSU, Northridge.

Rachel Howe

Rachel Howe has been acting and singing since age 7. She graduated cum laude from BYU in '03, doing her thesis work in Shakespeare and feminism. Since then she has been Musical Directing and pursuing acting. Moving to LA in '05, Rachel started her own business teaching voice & piano. Thanks to God for time & ability to perform. Thanks to Mom, Dad, Sarah, Andy, and all my understanding and supportive friends.

Rebecca Flinn

Rebecca Flinn is originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota where she began her acting career in local commercials and community theater. Rebecca graduated with honors from Webster Conservatory of Theater Arts in St. Louis, MO with a B.F.A. in Theater in 2006. During her time at Webster she studied acting, musical theater and improvisation. She was an active volunteer for the Wise Write program which gives underprivileged children the opportunity to learn the art of playwriting and production.
Rebecca moved to Los Angeles in the fall of 2006 She continues to study improvisation at the Groundlings Theater in West Hollywood and takes acting classes with Caryn West. She is truly grateful to have the opportunity to work with such gifted and creative children. They teach HER so much about the art of improv and how to be spontaneous.

Lauren Silver

Lauren Silver has been performing and dancing since the age of 6, and began teaching and choreographing at the age of 16. Beginning as an ice skater, she immediately fell in love with the stage during her first show, The Music Man, at the age of 12. Since then she has performed in many musical theater and dramatic productions all around Los Angeles, and attended UC Santa Cruz as part of their Shakespeare Santa Cruz Production Company. She has been seen in A Chorus Line as Val and Bebe, Fiddler on the Roof as Chava, Gypsy as Electra, and Rosalind in Love's Labors Lost. She has also choreographed productions of 42nd Street, Crazy For You, Annie Get Your Gun, and Into the Woods, among others. Currently Lauren is attending American Jewish University as a Political Science major, while still teaching dance and choreographing musical theater which is, and always will be, her first love.
