Paula KeaneArtistic DirectorPaula's love for musical theater began as a child. Under the direction of Children's Musical Theater of San Jose, Paula gained invaluable experience honing her craft while continuously performing throughout her childhood in over 30 musical productions. She continued her education as a theater arts major at UCLA. Paula's love for performing, led her to a prosperous career in television, film, stage and recording. |

Nina RawlinsonManaging DirectorNina's interest in Broadcast Production peaked while attending BU where she interned and later worked for a local advertising agency. Eventually, Nina made the move from Broadcast Producer to Casting for TV and Film. As a Casting Director, she worked on Commercials, Episodic Television and Feature Films. Nina moved to Los Angeles to continue her career where she met her husband and began working on her own family production. |

As mothers of children in the public school setting, both Paula and Nina became discouraged by the lack of music and performing arts exposure. Utilizing her knowledge and experience, Paula pioneered a unique theater arts program. This curriculum, which developed as part of an after school enrichment program Nina facilitated, offered students a comfortable arena to explore and develop their creative selves, promoting both teamwork and a positive self-image.
Picadilly, LLC was created to provide a more extensive training ground and additional performance opportunities for these aspiring young artists.
Paula and Nina consider it a gift to have a hand in passing an appreciation for the arts onto future generations.
